1. Our service
Zofare International Travel ("Zofare", "we", "us") helps travellers search, compare and book international flights. Flights are operated by airlines, and bookings may be completed with airlines or third-party travel partners. Their own terms also apply to your trip.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to make a booking. If you book for other people, you confirm you have their permission and are responsible for the information you give.
3. Fares and availability
Fares, taxes and seat availability can change at any time until a booking is confirmed. Prices shown in search results are not guaranteed until you receive your booking confirmation.
4. Passenger details and travel documents
- Names must match each traveller's passport or government ID exactly.
- You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health certificates and any entry or transit requirements.
- Errors in passenger details may lead to fees or denied boarding.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using an accepted method. We may verify payment details to protect against fraud, and a booking can be cancelled if payment cannot be verified.
6. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations depend on the airline's fare rules. Fees may apply. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
7. Airline schedule changes
Airlines may change, delay or cancel flights. We will pass on notices we receive, but we cannot control airline operations. Please check your itinerary before you travel.
8. Our responsibility
We act as an intermediary between you and the airline or supplier. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for airline delays, cancellations, baggage issues, injury or other losses arising from the services of airlines and other suppliers.
9. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or use it for unlawful purposes.
10. Intellectual property
Content, logos and design on this website belong to Zofare or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and disputes will be handled in its courts.
